## Full Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Singularity Launch™ collects, how we use it, how we share it, how long we keep it, and how you may request access, correction, export, restriction, objection, or deletion of your information.
This Privacy Policy applies to information collected by Singularity Launch™ through our website, checkout, customer account pages, members area, protected download page, video manual, community forum, community-driven support resources, verified administrative support flow, customer communications, license registration, license verification, software downloads, and related customer services.
Singularity Launch™ is a self-hosted WordPress plugin. If a customer installs Singularity Launch™ on their own website, that customer is responsible for the personal information collected through their own website and for providing their own privacy policy to their website users, buyers, students, members, subscribers, and visitors. This Privacy Policy applies to information collected by Singularity Launch™ itself. It does not replace the privacy policy or legal obligations of any customer website that uses the plugin.
## 1. Who This Policy Covers
This Privacy Policy covers:
– Website visitors, including people who browse our website without purchasing.
– Prospective customers who contact us, use the verified administrative support flow, subscribe to emails, or interact with our website.
– Customers who purchase Singularity Launch™, access the members area, use the protected download page, watch the video manual, participate in the community forum, use community-driven support resources, contact us, register a license domain, or use license verification.
– License verification activity from installed copies of the Singularity Launch™ plugin.
– Personal information we receive from or through payment processors and other service providers.
When we use Singularity Launch™ on our own website to provide customer access, downloads, the video manual, community forum, community-driven support resources, verified administrative support flow, and license registration, this Privacy Policy applies to the information collected in those areas.
When a customer uses Singularity Launch™ on the customer’s own WordPress website, that customer controls the information collected on that website. We do not control the customer’s website, customer list, students, members, products, orders, emails, forum, downloads, videos, or business operations.
## 2. Information We Collect
We collect only the information reasonably needed to operate our website, sell and provide Singularity Launch™, manage customer access, verify licenses, provide community resources, handle verified administrative requests, communicate with users, protect our services, comply with legal obligations, and maintain business records.
The personal information we collect may include the categories below.
For customers, your email address and related access records are necessary because Singularity Launch™ uses them to confirm login/access to customer resources, downloads, the video manual, forum, license registration, license verification, refunds, account changes, and privacy-rights requests.
### Website Visitors and Non-Customers
If you visit our website or interact with public pages, we may collect:
– Ordinary website, server, security, and diagnostic information processed by our website, WordPress installation, hosting provider, Cloudflare, security tools, server logs, or analytics tools if used, such as IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, referring page, pages visited, timestamps, cookies, and similar diagnostic information.
– Information you submit through forms, such as your email address, subject, contact topic, message, verification details, and related correspondence.
– Email subscription, unsubscribe, and marketing consent records if you subscribe to or unsubscribe from emails.
– Security, spam-prevention, rate-limiting, and abuse-prevention information.
– Analytics, performance, and website usage information if analytics or similar tools are used.
Based on the current Singularity Launch™ code, the contact and verified support forms may use IP address and user agent information to create short-lived rate-limit records and to verify Cloudflare Turnstile challenges if enabled. Those rate-limit records use hashed keys and count/timestamp data; they are not raw IP address customer-profile records in the Singularity Launch™ customer access tables.
### Customers and Members Area
If you purchase Singularity Launch™ or access customer resources, we may collect:
– Your email address.
– Records showing that your email address has access to Singularity Launch™ or related customer resources.
– Access records, such as product/customer-resource identifier, access source, customer email, customer name if provided by the payment processor or entered in an access record, terms/privacy version, transaction/access timestamps, and created/updated timestamps.
– Purchase, refund, chargeback, account access, login, unlock, registration, license, download, video manual, forum, verified support, and customer-resource records or timestamps where needed to provide customer resources and maintain business records.
– Customer account status, access status, license status, and related administrative notes.
– Records of protected customer-resource activity, such as members area access, protected download access, video manual access, forum access, and verified support activity.
– Access logs used to confirm customer access and protect the members area, such as email address, product/customer-resource identifier, action type, timestamp, and access count.
– Signed access cookies or identity tokens used to keep you logged in to protected pages and customer resources.
### Payments and Payment Processor Information
If you purchase Singularity Launch™, payment information is processed by the payment processor used at checkout. Payment processors may collect information such as your name, email address, billing information, payment method details, card or bank information, transaction details, fraud-prevention signals, tax information, and other information needed to process the payment.
Singularity Launch™ does not store full credit card numbers, bank account numbers, complete payment method details, CVV/security codes, or payment passwords. Those details are handled by the payment processor.
We store limited payment/access mapping information needed to confirm purchases, grant customer access, manage subscriptions if offered, process refunds, manage chargebacks, prevent duplicate or fraudulent payment events, reconcile records, and maintain legal, tax, accounting, and business records. This may include:
– Email address.
– Product/customer-resource identifier and access record connected to the purchase.
– Customer name if provided by the payment processor or entered in an access record.
– Purchase/access timestamps and created/updated timestamps.
– Payment intent IDs, charge IDs, subscription IDs if applicable, payment processor event IDs, event type, mode, received timestamp, and payload hash used for webhook replay prevention.
– Checkout/product configuration identifiers used to match a payment processor event to the correct Singularity Launch™ offer or product. These identifiers are part of our checkout/product setup and are not your payment card, bank, or payment method information.
– Charge-to-payment-intent mapping records if needed for refunds, chargebacks, access revocation, duplicate-event prevention, or reconciliation.
The payment processor’s handling of payment information is governed by the payment processor’s own privacy policy and terms.
### Community Forum and User Content
If you use the Singularity Launch™ community forum or customer community, we may collect:
– Forum display name.
– Forum profile information you choose to provide.
– Forum posts, comments, replies, votes, feature requests, bug reports, reports, moderation notes, notifications, and related forum activity.
– Administrative and moderation records needed to operate the forum, enforce our Terms of Service, respond to reports, prevent abuse, and protect the customer community.
Forum content may be visible to other authorized users of the forum. Forum posts, comments, votes, display names, feature requests, and related activity are user-submitted content and are not private payment information.
The community forum may allow you to use a display name or profile details that provide a degree of anonymity, but forum activity is not guaranteed to be anonymous or confidential. Forum content may be visible to other authorized forum users, moderators, administrators, and service providers involved in operating the forum.
### Contact, Verified Administrative Support, and Customer Communications
Singularity Launch™ provides a general contact page and a separate verified administrative support flow.
The general contact page at https://singularitylaunch.com/contact/ lets visitors send a message without verifying customer account ownership. If you use the general contact page, we may collect:
– Your email address.
– The subject you enter.
– Your message.
– Basic anti-spam and rate-limiting information. The current contact form uses IP address and user agent information to create a rate-limit key and may process a Cloudflare Turnstile challenge if enabled.
– Related correspondence.
The current general contact form sends your message by email. It does not create a separate persistent contact-message database table in the Singularity Launch™ application, although email systems, website hosting, Cloudflare, security tools, and server logs may process related technical information.
The verified support flow at https://singularitylaunch.com/support/ is intended for account, billing, refund, license, customer-access, privacy-rights, and other administrative requests where email or customer verification may be needed. It is not an individualized 1-on-1 support or troubleshooting channel for customer WordPress setups. If you use the verified support flow, the form itself may collect or temporarily process:
– Your email address.
– The topic you select.
– The support page URL.
– Verification information used to confirm that you control the email address or are associated with a customer account.
– Short-lived verification selectors, token hashes, reveal hashes, rate-limiting records, and support-routing information.
– Customer-match information showing whether the email address appears in customer access records.
The verified support flow does not collect a free-form support message before verification. After verification, it reveals private support instructions or a private support email address. If you then send us an email, we may receive and retain the email message and related correspondence you choose to send.
The general contact page does not verify customer account ownership and should not be used for customer access, billing, refund, license, account, or privacy-rights requests that require identity or account verification.
Product-use questions should generally be posted in the community Support Board, actual plugin bugs should be posted in the Bug Reports board, and missing or outdated video issues should be posted in the Outdated Videos board. If you post in those boards, the forum and user-content sections of this Privacy Policy apply.
Please do not send passwords, secrets, API keys, private keys, payment card numbers, sensitive personal information, temporary admin accounts, hosting logins, or confidential information. We do not require those materials for ordinary use of Singularity Launch™ and we do not offer individualized 1-on-1 troubleshooting that would require taking control of your WordPress setup.
### License Registration and Domain Verification
Singularity Launch™ may require customers to register the production domain where they intend to use the plugin.
For license registration and verification, we may collect and store:
– The customer email address or buyer identity connected to the purchase.
– The registered production domain.
– The license seat status.
– Domain registration timestamps.
– Domain verification timestamps and results.
– Last check timestamps and check results.
– Product, status, or plugin version information if submitted to and stored by a license/status endpoint.
– Administrative license notes related to the license seat, refund, revocation, administrative request, domain typo, migration, or other license-administration issue.
Installed copies of the Singularity Launch™ plugin may contact our license verification endpoint to confirm whether the current domain is registered and authorized. A license or status check may include the current domain and, if submitted, product/status/version information. Ordinary technical request information such as IP address, user agent, timestamps, and request headers may also be processed by our website, hosting provider, Cloudflare, firewall, security, or server-log systems as part of normal website operation and security.
Domain registration is used for license enforcement, license administration, anti-abuse, fraud prevention, refunds, chargebacks, and customer access. It is not used as a content monitoring or moderation system.
**License Verification and Allowed Domains**
Our license verification system checks whether a domain is authorized to use Singularity Launch. A standard license covers one registered live production domain. `example.com` and `www.example.com` count as the same registered domain. Allowed companion domains for development, staging, QA, or testing include the `dev.`, `stage.`, `staging.`, and `test.` versions of the registered production domain, as described in our Terms of Service.
The system only verifies domain authorization. It does not inspect, moderate, or control website content.
Singularity Launch™ does not use license verification to inspect your website content, products, customers, orders, pages, posts, files, analytics, revenue, or business activity.
The license manager is intended to store the minimum license information needed for licensing and license administration. It is intended to avoid storing IP addresses for license-manager events where they are not needed, although normal web servers, hosting providers, firewalls, security tools, and server logs may process technical request information as part of ordinary website operation and security.
### Data Processed by the Plugin on Customer Websites
When Singularity Launch™ is installed on a customer’s own WordPress website, the plugin may store or process personal information on that customer’s website depending on which features the customer uses. This may include:
– Customer, student, member, purchaser, or subscriber email addresses.
– Product access records, access logs, login/unlock events, and protected-page access cookies.
– Course, lesson, progress, completion, certificate, or learning activity records.
– Forum profiles, posts, comments, replies, reports, moderation records, notifications, votes, and feature requests.
– Email subscriber records, marketing consent records, unsubscribe records, email queues, and email send logs.
– Payment processor event records, transaction identifiers, subscription identifiers, refund identifiers, chargeback status, and payment-to-access mapping records.
– Download, video, file, course, product, checkout, wall, page, and access-control configuration.
– OTP, TOTP, security challenge, anti-spam, rate-limiting, and access-verification records.
– API keys, tokens, webhook secrets, email delivery settings, file delivery settings, video settings, AI provider settings, security settings, and other site configuration entered by the website owner.
That customer website data is controlled by the website owner, not by Singularity Launch™, unless the website is operated by Singularity Launch™ or the customer sends information to us through a contact, verified support, refund, chargeback, privacy-rights, abuse, legal, or other administrative request.
Customers who use Singularity Launch™ on their own websites are responsible for disclosing their own use of the plugin, cookies, payment processors, email providers, video hosts, file delivery providers, security tools, analytics tools, AI providers, and other integrations to their own users where required by law.

Your browser may allow you to block, delete, or limit cookies. If we provide a cookie banner or consent tool, you may use it to manage optional cookies where available.

## 5. Legal Bases for Processing
If applicable privacy law requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases:

Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw that consent where applicable. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.

Your personal information may be stored and processed in Japan or other countries where we or our service providers operate. Those countries may have privacy laws different from the laws where you live.
## 7. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website, checkout, verified administrative support flow, members area, video manual, forum, download system, plugin, and customer resources may link to or work with third-party websites, platforms, processors, and services.

Requesting deletion of your customer information means you will lose login access to Singularity Launch™, the members area, protected download page, latest plugin downloads, license registration, license verification, video manual, community forum, community-driven support resources, updates, verified support flow, and all related customer resources as stated in our Terms of Service.
When we process a deletion request, we may delete, anonymize, or restrict customer access records, email subscription records, unsubscribe records, consent records, email logs, access logs, payment processor mapping records stored by Singularity Launch™, license registration records, domain verification records, support records, security records, and temporary verification records associated with your email address where deletion is legally and operationally appropriate.
Forum content may be deleted or anonymized depending on the circumstances. In many cases, we may keep forum posts and comments available while removing or anonymizing the identity associated with them, especially where retaining the discussion helps preserve community-support history, customer community continuity, abuse-prevention records, or legitimate business records.
We may retain information where required or reasonably necessary for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, dispute resolution, security, refund, chargeback, license revocation, domain/license history, or legitimate business record purposes.
If you are asking about data stored on a customer website that uses Singularity Launch™, you must contact the owner of that website unless the website is operated by Singularity Launch™.

Contact, verified administrative support, and community-support records are retained while needed to respond to the request, maintain relevant history, protect against abuse, resolve disputes, improve customer resources, and maintain legitimate business records.
Payment-related records are retained while needed for accounting, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, compliance, and business records.
Short-lived support verification records, support reveal records, rate-limiting records, and temporary security records may expire automatically after a short period unless retained as part of an administrative support, security, abuse, legal, payment, or business record.
## 11. Security
We use reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards to protect personal information. These may include access controls, security tools, anti-spam and abuse-prevention tools, secure cookies where appropriate, token hashing, limited access to administrative records, and other safeguards.
